"Let me just say a few things about Joan Winters and her expertise as a real estate agent. First of all I'm a 1st time buyer. I knew nothing of how this process works. Second of all I didn't have a great credit score, and Joan was still willing to work with me. I also didn't have a big budget and I thought that might make Joan not take me to seriously.
